Macarons

Crisp shells, soft centres. Pistachio, raspberry, chocolate and friends, in colours that change with the season.

Mille-feuille

Caramelized puff pastry stacked with vanilla custard. Our take on the classic Napoleon.

Crème brûlée

Silky vanilla custard under a glassy burnt-sugar top.

Éclairs & choux

Light choux pastry filled with cream and dipped in chocolate, made in the French tradition.

Tortes & mousse cakes

European layer cakes and mousses - chocolate, caramel, fruit - by the slice or whole.

Espresso bar

Cappuccino, latte or a straight espresso, pulled to go with whatever you pick from the case.

Rero is a small European pastry shop in one of downtown Cobourg's historic brick storefronts. Our tortes, custards and French classics are made to traditional European recipes and land in the case fresh every day.

Grab a table by the brick wall, order a cappuccino under the string lights, and stay a while.
